MewmoriPayment and delivery

What is being sold
Mewmori is a free macOS app. What costs money are the extra digital items inside it: cat skins, accessories and bundles. A purchase grants a perpetual right to use the item on every computer you own. No subscription, no recurring charges.
The current catalogue and prices are on the pricing page. All prices are in Russian rubles and include all taxes.
Placing an order
- In the app, open the cat menu → "Wardrobe" and pick a skin or accessory.
- Press the buy button — a checkout page opens in your browser.
- Enter your email address. It is needed to send the key and to restore the purchase later.
- Press "Proceed to payment" — Robokassa's secure payment page opens.
Payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard and MIR bank cards;
- the Faster Payments System (SBP);
- any other method offered on Robokassa's payment page.
Buyers outside Russia can pay with Telegram Stars in the @mewmori_shop_bot bot.
Payment security. Payments are processed by Robokassa. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and go straight to the processing centre over TLS. The seller neither receives nor stores card data. Payment processing complies with the PCI DSS international security standard.
How the item is delivered
The goods are digital, so delivery is instant — no courier, no post.
- Right after a successful payment a page opens with your licence key and an "Open in Mewmori" button that activates the purchase in one click.
- The same key is emailed to the address given at checkout.
- You can also enter it by hand: cat menu → "Settings" → "Purchases and key".
Access is granted immediately after the payment is confirmed, and in any case within 24 hours. If the key hasn't arrived within that window, write to support@mewmori.com and we'll issue it manually.
Restoring a purchase
The key contains everything you have bought and works on any number of your computers.
If you lose it, restore it with the email address used at checkout:

Purchases paid with Telegram Stars are restored with the /restore command in
@mewmori_shop_bot.
Receipt
The seller applies the Russian "professional income tax" regime for the self-employed. A fiscal receipt is issued through the "Moy Nalog" service and sent to the email address given at checkout.
